/GAVE VERBAL WARNING FOR THE BOAT BEING
TO CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY LINE WHICH HE
SAID ANOTHER FAMILY MEMEBER OWNS THE LOT
BEHIND THEM /I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT HIS
FRIENDS WHEN THEY VISIT NEED TO PARK UP
IN THE YARD AND NOT ON THE RIGHT OF WAY
WHICH HE THOUGHT THEY OWNED UP TO A FEW
FEET FROM THE ROAD /HE WILL SPEAK TO HIS
DAD WHO WORKS IN BARTOW DURING THE DAY
AND WILL CALL ME IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER
QUESTIONS ON WHAT THEY NEED TO DO /THEY
MUST MOVE THE BOAT /NO PARKING ON RIGHT
OF WAY/ AND CLEAN UP THE DEBRIS THAT IS
NEAR THE BOAT ON WEST SIDE OF PROPERTY /
NOW IF THEY PARK IN THE STREET THERE IS
NOTHING I CAN DO FOR THAT THE
COMPLAINTANT WILL NEED TO CALL THE
SHERIFF FOR THAT BUT I DID GIVE HIM A
WARNING AND TOLD HIM TO PARK IN THE YARD

ASKED IF ANY MORE VIOLATIONS PLEASE CALL

THAT WE DID HAVE THIS COMPLAINT BEFORE
BUT UNFOUNDED 3 TIMES BY THE OFFICER,
THAT WE HAVE ENTERED ANOTHER COMPLIANT
AND WE WILL TRY TO FIND THEM THERE AGAIN
WITH THE VIOLATIONS, AND THAT THE
OFFICER HASN'T HAD A CHANCE TO GE THERE
YET, THE COMPLIANT WAS JUST KEYED IN,
