HOUSE HAD REBUILDING TOGETHER COME AND REPAIR THE
ROOF AND THEY WERE TOLD THAT THE SOMEONE WOULD
COME BY AND PICK UP THE DEBRIS WITH IN THE NEXT
DAY TO GO AHEAD AND THROW ALL OF THE DEBRIS ON THE
ROAD SIDE AT THE EDGE OF THE ROAD, SINCE THE ROOF
WAS DONE, THE HOUSE HAS BURNDT AND THERE IS A
TERRIBLE STENCH COMING FROM THE HOUSE, THE ANIMAL
CONTROL AND FIRE DEPARTMENT TOOK 4 BAGS OF CATS
OUT OF THE HOME THAT COULD NOT BE SAVED AND THE
NEIGHBOR FEELS THAT THEY MAY HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO
FIND SOME AND THAT MAY BE WHERE THE SMELL IS
COMING FROM
