SAID THE OTHER OFFICER TOMMY SHOULD HAVE
CLOSED OUT THE COMPLAINT AFTER HE MOVED
THE TRAILER. HE SAID HE MOVED ALL THE
CARS THAT WAS ANOTHER COMPLIANT. HE SAID
THAT CE SHOULD NOT HAVE TRESPASSED ONTO
HIS PROPERTY. HE SAID THE ROAD IS
PRIVATE AND CE SHOULD KNOW THAT AND HE
HAS ALREADY CONTACTED HIS LAWYER. ASKED
HIM IF IT IS POSTED PRIVATE ROAD AND HE
SAID NO, THAT ALL THE OTHER RESIDENTS
DOWN THE STREET HAVE RIGHTS BUT THE
COUNTY SHOULD KNOW IN OUR RECORDS THAT
IT IS PRIVATE. HE ASKED WHY CE DIDN'T
PUT THE LIEN ON THE PROPERTY AS HE WAS
TOLD LAST VISIT. TOLD HIM THAT STAFF WAS
DIRECTED TO TAKE THE CASE TO THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE IF NO COMPLIANCE BY THE CIVIL
CITATION SYSTEM AND THAT IS WHY HE WAS
WRITTEN TODAY SINCE NO COMPLIANCE. ASKED
HIM IF HE HAS ANY INTENTIONS TO COMPLY
BY NOVEMBER 16TH. HE SAID THAT TIME IS
NOT RESPONSIBLE. CE CAN'T WRITE WARNING

HAS A JEEP THAT HAS A VALID AND CURRENT
TAG BUT THE WHEEL HAS BEEN REMOVED DUE
TO THE FACT HE HAS ON ORDER A WHEEL
BEARING FROM ADVANCED AUTO THAT HAS NOT
YET ARRIVED. HE WAS QUITE UPSET THAT
THIS HAS BEEN A CASE ONGOING SINCE 2005
AND WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVE IT. HE WOULD
