THIS STRUCTURE IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME WITH A
12X20 FRAME ADDITION ON THE FRONT OF THE HOME.
THE UNIT RECEIVED A SEVERE BLOW FROM DEBRIS ON THE
SOUTH WALL THAT BROKE SEVERAL WALL STUDS AND MADE
AN APPROXIMATE 10" DEPRESSION IN THE WALL. THIS
CAUSED THE ROOF LINE TO SEPARATE AND WATER HAS
ENTERED AND RUN ALONG THE TOP OF THE WALL WETTING
THE CEILING MATERIAL AND STAIRS THROUGHOUT. THERE
IS EVIDENCE OF MILDEW/MOLD IN SEVERAL AREAS
ALREADY. I WOULD RECOMMEND REMOVAL OF THE
AFFECTED AREAS IN ORDER TO DRY OUT AND TREAT WITH
A CLEANER BEFORE OCCUPING THIS STRUCTURE. THE
FRONT ROOM ADDITION HAD A SANDWICHED PAN ROOF AND
THE TOP LAYER OF ALUMINUM COVERING OVER THE
INSULATION PANELS WERE RIPPED AWAY. THE ROOF WILL
NEED RESEALING AT THE JOINT WITH THE MOBILE HOME.
