TO LET YOU IN THE HOUSE.
THIS UNIT IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME WITH A WOOD
FRAME FRONT ROOM AND SCREEN ROOM ON THE WEST SIDE.
THE MOBILE HOME HAS SEVERAL ROOF LEAKS IN IT FROM
FRONT TO BACK, IN THE KITCHEN, BEDROOM, AND
BATHROOM ALL LEAK. THE KITCHEN WALL ON THE EAST
SIDE OF THE FLOOR AREA BENEATH THE WINDOW HAS
ROTTED OUT DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. MOST OF THE
CEILING IN THE HOME IS BUCKLED AND COMING LOOSE
FROM THE CEILING JOISTS. THE FRONT ROOM HAS
SEVERAL LEAKS IN IT AS WELL AND THE FASCIA BOARD
AND SOFFIT IS ALSO ROTTING. THE UNIT IS AN OLDER
MODEL AND THE COST TO REPAIR IT IS GREATER THAN
THE VALUE OF THE HOME. I RECOMMEND REMOVAL FROM
THE SITE.
INSPECTED 7/5/06 SY MOSELEY 2/2/06 OWNER HAS MADE
REPAIRS TO THE HOM INCLUDING A NEW FRONT ROOM
CEILING, REPAIRED KITCHEN AND BEDROOM CEILING;
ADDED NEW METAL ROOF AND FASCIA BOARDS. THE HOME
APPEARS TO BE IN LIVABLE CONDITION AT THIS TIME.
