THERE ARE (8) MOBILE HOMES IDENTIFIED BY THE
DIAGRAM PROVIDED BY TOMMY TURNBULL CODE
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
1)FIRST UNIT IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME THAT
SHOWS SIGNS OF ATTEMTED REPAIR DONE SEVERAL
MONTHS/YEAR AGO BUT NONE OF THE REPAIRS ARE
COMPLETED. THIS UNIT HAS SEVERAL LEAKS IN THE
CEILING ALONG THE NORTH WALL. SOME KITCHEN
CABINETS ARE MISSING AND ALL COUNTERTOPS HAVE BEEN
REMOVED. THE TOILET IS MISSING IN THE BATHROOM
AND THERE ARE SEVERAL WEAK SPOTS IN THE FLOOR. THE
WALLS SHOW SIGNS OF WATER DAMAGE AS WELL. THE
FRONT PORCH WAS PARTIALLY BLOWN AWAY IN 2004
HURRICANES AND DEBRI THAT IS LEFT IS HAZARDOUS TO
THE AREA THEREFORE I RECOMMEND DEMOLITION AND
REMOVAL.
2) THIS UNIT IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME WITH
NEARLY ALL WINDOWS BROKEN OUT AND BOARDED OVER.
THE ROOF HAS HOLES KNOCKED IN IT THAT PENETRATE
THROUGH THE CEILING FROM LIMBS OFF BROKEN TREES.
THE HALLWAY HAS ROTTEN SPOTS ALONG BOTH SIDES. THE
WALL SECTION UNDER THE DOUBLE WINDOWS HAS ROTTED
OUT AND THE WALL SECTION IS NOT ANCHORED TO THE
FLOOR. I RECOMMEND SCRAPING AND REMOVAL FROM THE
SITE.
3) THIS UNIT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
4) THIS UNIT IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME THAT HAS
LOST THE UNDERCARRIAGE INSULATION AROUND THE
PERIMETER. THE INTERIOR WALLS SHOW SIGNS OF
TERMITE DAMAGE AT ALL WINDOW LOCATIONS AND THE
FLOOR HAS SEVERAL WEK SPOTS IN IT. THIS UNIT MUST
BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE DUE TO LOSS OF ZONING
STANDARDS.
5) - 6) - 7) THESE UNTS ARE SINGLE WIDE MOBILE
HOMES THAT NEED MINOR REPAIRS TO BROKEN WINDOWS
AND WILL NEED THE ROOF RESEALED AFTER RELOCATION.
THE UNIT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THIS SITE DUE TO
LOSS OF ZONING STANDARDS.
8) THIS UNIT IS A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME THAT
HAS SEVERAL LEAKS IN THE ROOF FOR OVER A YEAR.
THE CEILING AND WALLS HAVE BEGUN TO DECAY. THE
FLOORS HAVE WEAK SPOTS IN SEVERAL AREAS. I
RECOMMEND SCRAPING AND REMOVAL FROM SITE.
THE CARPORT/BARN IS MISSING ROOFING TIN AND OTHER
PIECES HAVE BEEN BLOWN LOOSE. THE FRAMING MEMBERS
USED FOR THE ROOF ARE NOT APPROVED PER CODE FOR
SPAN LEGTHS AND ARE MISSING CONNECTORS. THIS
STRUCTURE NEEDS TO BE DEMOLSHED AND REMOVED FROM
THE SITE.
THE MAIN RESIDENCE BUILDING IS AN OLD, WOOD FRAME
TWO STORY STURCTURE. THERE IS EVIDENCE OF TERMITE
INFESTATION THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THE CEILINGS SHOW
STAINS FROM LEAKS IN SERVERAL ROOMS. THE FLOOR
JOISTS AND RIM BEAM SHOW SIGN OF DECAY ALSO. DUE
TO NEGLECT AND CURRENT CONDITION OF HOME WOULD
RECOMMEND DEMOLISHING OF STRUCTURE AND REMOVAL
FROM SITE.
