INSPECTED 6/10/05 BY STEVE ARNOLD: THE ROOF IS
LEAKING IN SEVERAL PLACES-GRAVEL OVER OSB FRONT
OVERHANG ROTTEN FROM WATER LEAKS. THE WALL UNIT
A/C HAS A BIG GAP AROUND AND IS FOAMED. SEVERAL
WINDOWS ARE MISSING SCREENS AND THE OVERHANG OSB
AT THE BACK ABOUVE THE ELECTRIC METER IS ROTTEN.
RODENTS CAN ENTER THE HOUSE. THE CEILING FAN
WIRING IN THE LIVING ROOM HAS NO CAPS. THIRTEEN
WINDOW LATCHES ARE BROKEN AND SCREWED SHUT. THE
BATHROOM WINDOW IS BROKEN OUT WITH NO SCREEN.
THERE IS A BROKEN LIGHT FIXTURE ABOVE THE SINK IN
THE BATHROOM. THE AIR CONDITIONING (WALL UNIT) IS
BAD IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. OPEN SPACE IN INSIDE
ELECTRICAL PANEL FROM MISSING BREAKER. THERE ARE
GAPS AROUND EXTERIOR DOORS AND NO WEATHERSTRIP.
