 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE WITH RAISED
 FLOOR SYSTEM. THERE IS AN 18X26 SCREEN
 ROOM ADDITION ON THE EAST END OF HOME.
 THE ROOF SYSTEM FOR THIS SCREEN ROOM
 CONSIST OF SITE BUILT ROOF TRUSS, NOT TO
 CODE. THERE ARE SEVERAL ROTTEN PLACES
 IN THE CHORDS THAT MAKE UP THESE ROOF
 TRUSSES. THIS SYSTEM NEEDS REPLACING
 WITH EITHER ENGINEERED TRUSSES, CORRECT
 RAFTER SIZE REPLACEMENT, OR AN ALUMINUM
 ROOF SYSTEM. THE EXTERIOR WALLS ON THE
 MAIN PART OF HOME HAVE WOOD SIDING AND
 APPEARS TO BE INTACT. THESE WALLS AND
 OVERHANG NEED CLEANING AND REPAINTING TO
 PRESERVE THEM FROM THE WEATHER. THE
 ROOF HAS 2-3 INCHES OF ACCUMULATED
 LEAVES AND MOSS LAYING ON IT WHICH NEEDS
 TO BE CLEANED OFF TO PREVENT THE SHINGLE
 FROM ROTTING. THE RISER PIPE FOR THE
 ELECTRIC SERVICE HAS BEEN KNOCKED LOOSE
 FROM THE METER CAN AND EXPOSED THE
 SERVICE WIRES. THE METER CAN ITSELF IS
 ALSO HANGING OFF THE WALL DUE TO ROTTED
 WOOD SECTIONS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE METER.
 THIS WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO
 ELECTRIC SERVICE BEING TURNED ON. THERE
 WAS NO RUNNING WATER TO CHECK PLUMBING
 SYSTEM BUT USUAL CHECK APPEARS THAT THE
 SYSTEM IS IN USEABLE CONDITIONS.
 OVERALL THE HOME APPEARS IN LIVABLE
 CONDITIONS WITH ATTENTION NEEDED TO THE
 ABOVE ITEMS.

(SIDING/ALUMINUM). THE HOME AT SOME
TIME HAD A CARPORT ADDITION THAT HAS
BEEN ENCLOSED AND MADE INTO A
GARAGE/WORKSHOP. THE HOME IS NOT UP TO
PRESENT CODE BUT IT IS UNKNOWN WHEN THE
ADDITION WAS ADDED TO THE STRUCTURE.
THERE IS SOME ROOF SAGGING FROM THE AGE
OF THE HOME BUT I CAN'T DETERMINE IF THE
HOME IS STRUCTURALLY SAFE WITHOUT AN
INTERIOR INSPECTION. THE HOME WAS VACANT
AND LOCKED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
