MAGISTRATE FOUND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF

RESPONDENTS, THAT THE RESPONDENTS HAD
BEEN GIVEN A REASONABLE TIME TO CORRECT
THE VIOLATIONS, THAT THE VIOLATIONS
CONTINUED BEYOND THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR
CORRECTION, AND THAT PROPER NOTICE OF
THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENTS. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
FOUND THAT BY FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE
HEARING, THE RESPONDENTS HAVE ADMITTED
THE VIOLATIONS AND WAIVED THEIR RIGHTS

INSPECTION SHOWED THAT THE STRUCTURE IS
REPAIRABLE AT THIS TIME AND CAN BE
REHABILITATED. THIS REHABILITATION NEEDS
TO COMMENCE SOON SO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE
DOES NOT OCCUR. AT THIS POINT ALL THAT
IS NEEDED IS FOR SOMEONE TO PULL A
REROOF PERMIT. THE ROOF IS THE MAJOR
CONCERN RIGHT NOW SO THE TRUSSES ARE NOT
COMPROMISED. AFTER THE ROOF, A PERMIT
WILL BE NEEDED TO REPLACE MISSING
EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS. ONCE YOU GET
THE EXTERIOR ITEMS THEN WORK CAN BEGIN
ON THE INTERIOR. INTERIOR WORK WILL
REQUIRE AN INTERIOR REMODEL, ELECTRIC,
PLUMBING AND A/C PERMITS IF INSTALLED.
PERMITS CAN BE OBTAINED BY LICENSED
PROFESSIONALS OR THE PROPERTY OWNER. I
EMPHASIZE, WORK ON THE ROOF NEEDS TO
START SOON BEFORE WE GET INTO THE RAINY
